Warren County and Rhea County split their district doubleheader Monday night at Charlie Dalton Gym.
In girls’ action, the Lady Eagles of Rhea County defeated the Lady Pioneers 82-59. Warren County was led by Tyra Wright with 19 points.
In the boys’ game, the Pioneers picked up their second straight district win with an 80-67 decision over the Golden Eagles. The Pioneers were led by Chance Hobbs with 28 points. Isaiah Grayson had 17 and Irving Espinoza scored 14.
Warren County travels to Cookeville for another district matchup Friday night.
