The McMinnville Board of Mayor and Aldermen will meet Tuesday night to consider two resolutions and two requests for the city’s cooperation with special events this spring.
Resolutions include a measure to accept a bid for two new vehicles for the Water and Sewer Department, and a resolution to cancel two water tank maintenance contracts with Utility Service Company.
The board meeting will begin Tuesday night at 7pm at City Hall. It will be preceded by a meeting of the Parks and Recreation Committee at 6:15 and a Master Tourism Plan presentation at 6:30.
