The Warren County Pioneer baseball team picked up its first win of the season Wednesday as they shut out Stone Memorial 10-0 in six innings.
Hunter Adams had three hits for the Pioneers. Tyler Hollingsworth and Jack Keele each had two. Hollingsworth was the winning pitcher, allowing only two hits and striking out 9.
The Pioneers will take part in the Grand Slam Challenge this weekend in Murfreesboro. Their next home game is Monday night at home against Cookeville.
In other sports, the Lady Pioneer softball team will travel to Tullahoma Thursday for a 7:00 game. The two teams will play at Warren County Friday night.
