The McMinnville Board of Mayor and Aldermen Tuesday night passed a resolution to accept a bid from Kidd Ford for a three-quarter ton 4×4 pickup for the Parks and Recreation Department. The bid was in the amount of $29,302.
The board also passed a measure to ratify and affirm action taken by the Chamber of Commerce to hire Griggs and Maloney to create an Adventure Tourism Plan for a fee of $10,000 as per the 2018 Tourism Enhancement Grant budget.
The board also approved a request to use the decorative City lamp pole to hang sponsorship banners for the Relay for Life event in June, and a request to use the grassy lot and other items for the 2018 Spring Clean on April 21st.
