The Warren County Pioneer baseball team picked up their fourth district win Monday night as they defeated White County 6-1 at Sparta. Tyler Hollingsworth went the distance for the Pioneers, giving up 4 hits, striking out 5, walking none and hitting 4 batters. Wesley Jennings led the offensive attack with two of Warren County’s eight hits.
The Pioneers will host White County Tuesday night at 6pm at WCHS. The game will be broadcast live on 1230 WAKI.
The Lady Pioneer softball team will also host White County Tuesday night starting at 5pm.
The Pioneer soccer team will play at White County Tuesday night at 7pm.
