A bond reduction hearing for a Spencer man accused of murder has been postponed. The hearing for 47 year old Billy Joe Wannyn had been scheduled for May 15th. However, it has now been postponed until September 12th.
Wannyn was indicted in February on murder charges in the death of 71 year old Albin Von Buechel of Crossville. Buechel’s body was found in his home on January 20th. Cumberland County authorities said he had multiple stab wounds.
Wannyn is being held on a $1.5 million bond at the Cumberland County Justice Center.
