The McMinnville Board of Mayor and Aldermen Tuesday night approved an ordinance that changes the minimum qualifications for candidates for the job of City Administrator. The ordinance formerly called for a candidate to have a four-year college degree. The amended version calls for a college degree and/or experience and training in municipal administration.
In other business, the board approved a resolution to enter into an agreement with KCI Technologies to upgrade six existing traffic signals. The signals are located on the bypass between the Three Star Mall and Walmart.
