Warren County residents will join all Americans Wednesday in celebrating Independence Day with various activities.
In McMinnville, the events will begin early downtown with the opening of the Farmers Market at 6am and the Stars and Stripes Fun Run and Walk at 7:30.
The kids’ games will begin at 7 and the opening ceremonies will begin at 9:00.
Other activities will include various demonstrations, a cemetery tour, entertainment, the Yankee Doodle Parade and the Mr. and Miss Stars and Stripes pageant.
The Park Theater will show the movie ET at 12 noon, and the day will conclude with the Dr. Pepper Fireworks Display at the McMinnville Civic Center at 9pm.
