The full Warren County Commission met Monday night in its monthly session. Commissioners approved a resolution to approve the Industrial Development Board’s economic impact plan for the McMinnville Hotel Plan area.
The plan calls for the county to continue to collect property tax on the land but not on any improvements built on the land for a period of 20 years. Officials hope this will help attract a hotel to the area.
In other business, commissioners approved the appointment of Kevin Deason as a Judicial Commissioner.
