The District 6AAA All District Basketball Selections have been announced. Tyra Wright of Warren County made All District. Warren County’s Megan Patch received Honorable Mention. The Lady Pioneers received the Sportsmanship Award. The Player of the Year was Mallory Hampton of Rhea County.
In the boys division, Warren County’s Isaiah Grayson and Chance Hobbs receive All District honors. Tyree Ladet and Irving Espinoza received honorable mention. Pioneer coach Chris Sullens and Rhea County’s Daniel Curtis were co-winners of Coach of the Year. Player of the year was Cookeville’s Noah Hillaker.
