The Warren County Pioneer baseball team picked up their sixth district win Monday night as they defeated Cookeville 10-2 at Cookeville. Tyler Hollingsworth was the winning pitcher, going the distance. Hunter Adams led the offensive attack with three hits. Jack Keele and Will Cantrell each had two hits.
The Pioneers and Cookeville will square off again Tuesday night at WCHS. First pitch is set for 6pm. The game will be broadcast live on 1230 WAKI.
The Lady Pioneer softball team will also be at home Tuesday night as they host Rhea County at 5pm.
