The Warren County Pioneer baseball team wrapped up their District 6aaa regular season Wednesday night with a doubleheader sweep of Rhea County.
The Pioneers took the first game 3-0. Ethan Smith was 3 for 4 at the plate to lead the Pioneers. Tyler Hollingsworth went the distance on the mound to get the win.
In game 2, the Pioneers beat the Eagles 5-1. Smith had two hits. Jack Keele was the winning pitcher and Brooks Helton came on in relief to get the save.
The Pioneers travel to Tullahoma Saturday morning for an 11:00 game with the Wildcats.
