Coyote Sightings Increasing in Tennessee

The Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency has confirmed there is an uptick in coyote sightings across the state.
The TWRA said coyote attacks are extremely rare. If you see one in your neighborhood, they say don’t run away or hide.
Instead, the best thing you can do is scare the coyote.
The TWRA said you can scare the animal by throwing items toward it, yelling, spraying water from a garden hose or creating loud noises.
