With the cost of school supplies increasing every year, United Way of Highway 55 is helping to ease that burden for Warren County children by hosting a school supply drive on Sunday, July 22nd at Walmart in McMinnville.
The event will go from 2 to 4pm. Groups, businesses and community members are invited to collect supplies and have United Way pick up the donations or drop off their donations on July 22nd. Supplies will be donated to Centertown United Methodist Church for their Back to School Bash and school supply give-away.
Supplies needed include pencils, paper, scissors, pencil boxes, composition books, crayons, glue sticks, 3-prong folders, highlighters and three-ring binders.
