A Middle and East Tennessee Endangered Child Alert has been issued by the TBI on behalf of the Smithville Police Department for 12-year-old Briella Reese Bowling. She is white, with blonde hair, blue eyes, 4’03”, and 115 pounds. Briella was last seen in Smithville, Tennessee on August 8, 2018.
Briella is possibly in the company of her non-custodial mother, 42-year-old Wendy Dawn Hancock. Hancock is white, with blonde hair, hazel eyes, 5’06”, and 124 pounds, and is wanted by the Smithville Police Department for domestic assault and contributing to the delinquency of a child.
